SHARK WEEK!!
I like sharks. Apart from the fascinating scientific (i.e. cool) facts about them, they are also super bad ass. According to the Discovery channel website:
- Great white sharks found off the coast of Africa are known to jump almost 10 feet in the air
- A shark could detect a single drop of blood in an Olympic-sized pool
- Sharks’ livers are full of oil, and this buoyant organ helps them stay balanced in the water
In honor of the Discovery channel’s Shark Week, get ready for bad ass treats this week!

I love the phrase “jump the shark” to refer to a terrible decision in TV writing…poor Fonzie will never live that episode down.
