{CLOSED} Season for Sweetstakes: Decorating Cookies Cookbook

by Jennifer on November 26, 2012

in Sweetstakes

This week’s giveaway is special to me. Even though Bridget from Bake at 350 doesn’t know me, she has changed my life in a tremendous way. Hers was the first cookie blog I ever found and I used one of her tutorials for my very first attempt at “real” decorated sugar cookies (I don’t count the weird, Picasso-y ones I made as a kid at Christmastime!).

After that, I decided that maybe this whole cookie decorating thing could be pretty fun. 149 (!!!) blog posts later, this hobby has turned into a true passion. Without Bridget’s wonderful blog, I may have never discovered this world, and I believe my life would be quite different. So, I owe her a lot. Maybe I’ll even get to meet her one day – one can dream! If you have any interest in cookie decorating, you need this book.

Luckily, I’ve got an extra copy and since I love you guys so much, I’m giving it away – and I’ll ship it anywhere!

You know the drill – use the Rafflecopter widget below to enter!

Bridget is awesome! I followed her blog when I began making cookies. She’s so encouraging for anyone new to cookie-decorating. Thanks for yet another giveaway!

Good, glad to hear it! My husband and I had a quiet Thanksgiving together (no travel because of his work schedule). It is nice to have a chill holiday once in a while!

I’m trying to subscribe to your blog! But because my e-mail address is through my college there is no option for me to subscribe (i don’t have yahoo, google…) 🙁 very sad.

Hi Deanna! You should be able to subscribe with any valid email address! If you go here: http://feeds.feedburner.com/NotYourMommasCookie, in the gray box on the right hand side that says, “Subscribe Now!,” near the bottom of the box there should be an option with a little blue envelope symbol that says: Get Not Your Momma’s Cookie delivered by email. Click on it and enter your email address! If it’s still not working for you, let me know, and I’ll get you all set up 🙂
