Are you guys babied out? I know, I know, I just posted royal baby cookies last week. But, these are special.
See, these are for a super awesome lady. Any idea who? I’ll give you a couple hints…
- Her treats are incredibly creative, yet anyone can make them!
- She loves to draw on marshmallows (with food color, of course!)
- And…she is one of the sweetest girls around.

It’s Meaghan of The Decorated Cookie fame! She’s a sweet genius- her treats are gorgeous, creative, and totally accessible. I love her ideas!
Well, her sweet baby girl Violet entered the world a little earlier than expected last Friday. I was honored to be a part of her virtual baby shower!
Meaghan loves rainbows, so I was all about these sweet swaddled babies in rainbow colors! These cookies are super simple – just use an oval cutter, flood the blanket and face, then outline the blanket and add the face details with a food writer. I wanted to add sparkle to the outline, but it was humid that day and the base icing layer wasn’t as dry as it should have been, which lead to VERY sparkly babies. I’m now officially out of disco dust!
