Can I tell you a little about my blogging friend Mike from Semi Sweet Designs?
He is an amazingly talented cookier with a huge appreciation for pop culture – which you know I adore (just check out his Breaking Bad cookies, Game of Thrones cookies, or Star Trek cookies! You won’t be disappointed!). So, I paired up with him today to help me announce the gender of our new addition! I knew he would come up with something amazing – but he blew me out of the water with these babies!
My geeky little heart just exploded.

GIRL!!!
Oh, it feels good to tell you guys! Truthfully, I had an early scan at 16 weeks and they guessed girl then, but we got the confirmation at our 20 week scan, so we’ve “known” for a while now.
If you’re curious, the majority of you guessed girl (53%) and the rest of you guessed boy (47%). I was kind of hoping someone would guess a velociraptor or something like that – that would have been a win for me!

While we were in Asheville, when we didn’t even have a definite gender confirmation yet, just the guess, he INSISTED on buying a stuffed pink, polka dot pig in a tutu for her room. It is quite cute
